The Huntsville Sports Commission (HSC) and College Hockey South (CHS) are proud to honor America’s military veterans by hosting the 2nd Annual Veteran’s Day Showcase featuring The University of Alabama, Auburn University, The University of Georgia, and Georgia Tech’s Club Hockey Teams in a 2-day Showcase event.
The 2-day event will take place at the Hockey Capital of the South on Friday and Saturday, November 11th and 12th, 2022 at the Huntsville Ice Sports Center located at 3185 Leeman Ferry Road, Huntsville, AL.
The schedule and confirmed game times are as follows:
Friday, November 11th (Veteran’s Day)
6:00 pm: Georgia Tech vs. Auburn
8:30 pm: Georgia vs. Alabama
Saturday, November 12th
4:00 pm: Georgia Tech vs. Georgia
6:30 pm: Auburn vs. Alabama
Single Day Ticket Information:
Tickets are good for both games for the day purchased.
$10 for age 14 and above
$8 for age 13 and below
$8 for current or retired Military with Military ID
Weekend passes will not be sold, please purchase a Friday ticket and a Saturday ticket if interested in all 4-games. Tickets can be purchased at the Huntsville Ice Sports Center, or online at: www.icepsortscenter.com
“After the success of our playoffs last year, it was a no-brainer to bring the Veteran’s Day Showcase to Huntsville,” said Kyle Knell, CHS Commissioner. “We are proud to partner with the Huntsville Sports Commission and the Huntsville Ice Sports Center.”
The Auburn Tigers are the defending Veteran’s Day Showcase champions.
